Un edificio di tre piani completamente da ripensare: dislivelli interni da accorpare hanno dato vita a spazi moderni, ma al contempo delicati.
Un corpo centrale sembra quasi voler irrompere all'interno del volume esistente, un vero e proprio percorso che conduce ai singoli appartamenti: un duplex e due bilocali.
Attraverso la conduzione di rilievi, è stata scoperta una porzione di un vecchio acquedotto, che ha portato a ripensare parte della zona esterna, trasformandola in natatio, a cielo aperto sul Gianicolo.
Materiali forti come ferro nero e cemento vanno in totale contrasto con vetro e legno, materiali che invece aiutano a far respirare questi ampi spazi, trasferendo loro eleganza.

This three-storey building had to be redesigned completely: differences in height were harmonized to give rise to spaces that are modern but delicate.
A central body that almost bursts into the existing volume thus creates a path leading to the individual flats: a duplex and two two-room apartments.
While carrying out surveys of the building, a section of an old aqueduct was brought to light. This made for new plans for the outdoor space, which was turned into an open-air natatio on the Gianicolo, the terrace on old Rome.
Strong materials like black iron and concrete contrast sharply with glass and wood, which help these spaces breathe while giving them a touch of elegance.
