Questo attico mansardato distribuito su due piani affaccia sul golfo di Portofino, una vista aperta sul Mar Ligure.
L'edificio sorge su una collina terrazzata, immerso in un oliveto. Sono stati proprio il terreno e la vista a raccontare il progetto, in tutto e per tutto. Pochi e semplici i materiali utilizzati come rivestimenti: legno rovere, resina e vetro.
L’ampia scala in legno e ferro bianco, che funziona da arredo, accoglie e accompagna al piano superiore in cui troviamo la zona notte e una zona lettura.
L’esposizione a sud, con la luce naturale di cui gode la villa, ha sicuramente ampliato la sensazione di benessere e distensione.

This attic penthouse on two floors faces the Gulf of Portofino, an open view on the Ligurian Sea.
The building stands on a terraced hill nestled in an olive grove. It was this very land and this view that, literally, dictated the project. Few and simple materials were used as cladding for floor and walls: oak wood, resin and glass.
The large wooden and white iron staircase doubling as a piece of furniture welcomes and accompanies the visitor upstairs, where the bedroom and a reading area are located.
The southern exposure and therefore the natural light enjoyed by the villa increase the feeling of wellbeing and sense of relaxation.
